Session Types and Fees (2026)

Important Notes on Session Types
• The Initial Assessment is required for all new clients or clients returning after a long break (approximately 3 months / 12 weeks without a session).

• Follow-up sessions are used for progression, reassessment, and ongoing treatment.
• 30-minute sessions are intended for focused work, check-ins, or specific progressions, not full reassessments.
• Online sessions are structured differently and may not be suitable for all cases.
The appropriate session type and duration will be determined based on clinical needs and progression. The practitioner reserves the right to recommend a different session duration if required.
